Our company focuses primarily on the importance of mining equipment and its repair.

For what projects/services did your company hire B-Epic Agency, and what were your goals?

we have hired the agency b-epic to have a new website, elegant and with good user retention. as an additional feature we want it to be in a good ranking in google so more customers can find us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have seen the work they have been doing since their beginnings, with their videos and web pages. The determining factor was when we saw that one of their clients was ranking in first position for several important words in the search engines.

In the beginning we had several meetings to align all the important factors of this process, then they took care of everything, coming back to us constantly for feedback and approvals.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We have communicated constantly via email with them, in general Francisco Ramirez was in charge of this project. Really fast and easy to work with

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sure, it's as simple as putting our website in a tool that can evaluate the traffic to our website, there is reflected the great impact of this project.

Much of it was email and phone calls. Short and concise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to solve all the problems of our old website and create something with that base and then enhance it to the maximum was good. We are considering creating a video with them, as we have seen the quality of these. We believe that they will help us solve more than one problem.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think that if you are in a hurry and need results in the short term, this team might not be able to do it. But with the speed at which they are advancing, I think it won't be an impediment in the near future.
