I am overall responsible for the marketing and customer acquisition of our network of car dealerships. After contacting and receiving pitches from several agencies, we selected Azam Marketing. 

The focus of the work was to improve our email marketing databases, improve results from our email marketing outreach, and also enable us to contact people interested in buying vehicles from us via WhatsApp and SMS. 

Also improve our lead generation conversion results via online funnels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our e-mail database is much cleaner and also considerably bigger in size. Whenever we do an e-mail deployment, it is more targeted and results in far superior results than previously.

Furthermore, we now have the means to contact customers via SMS and WhatsApp, which has been a considerable help to our business.

The net measurable impact of Azam's work on several fronts is our auto sales are up significantly and continue to grow month on month. We are very happy.
