I am the owner of US Moving Experts, a moving company from Chicago, IL serving for over 10 years in the industry.

We have hired AZ Citation Services in orderd to build 50 Universal and 10 Niche Citaitons on monthly basis for an onging project with the goal to boots SEO value and brand exposure.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got a word of mouth referral from a partner company that have been in business with AZ Citaitons for several years. We were impressed by the number of niche citatons they have been able to provide to our partner company, as well as their constant quality.

We have been provided with desired citations always in a timely manner and good quality. We would follow a few simple steps: upon the payment, we would be sent a spreadsheet to fill in with any relevant company infomration. Monthly, we would get a report with a list of citations and the respective login information.

We manly worked with Managing Director, Tomas Hughes.

We were quite impressed with the number of leads from niche citations. The Citations were all delivered in accordance with our prior arrangement.

I am the CEO of GPR Electrical, based in Santa Ana California. Our company has 12 employees and we provide electrical services to homeowners in the Orange County area.

We were looking to show up online on the top search results since our website was just collecting dust online. To show our business profile in Google Maps results, we needed more directory links to boost our rankings and get more calls and that's where we approached AZ Citation Services.

We wanted to increase more calls by increasing our rankings on Google Maps and thus, getting more sales.

We got an email with a short video audit of our website explaining to us what exactly takes to increase our presence online, what are online directories, and why they are so important for getting new business. They also showed results from their previous clients and that is what made us decide moving forward with AZ.

After we decided to work with AZ, they collected our business information and used it to create 200 directory profiles for us.

What was the team composition?

They have a team of professional profile builders on their back end and an account manager that was assigned to communicate every single detail with our company staff and with me personally.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After building those directory profiles, they pushed our listing higher in the Google Map results which brings us 30% more phone calls and more booked jobs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Every couple of days, they informed us about what exactly they are doing at that point and showing us the profiles they made. They responded immediately when we had any questions throughout the very professional process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

AZ Citation Services was very thorough and professional while communicating with us. And the fact that their activities brought us more calls and lead forms speaks for itself.

I’m the owner of Anyway Electric LLC, an electrical services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with AZ Citation Services?

We started our SEO marketing efforts a few months ago, but we wanted someone to add our company to online business listing platforms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AZ Citation Services put our company information on various business listing platforms for electrical businesses; they’re essentially virtual yellow pages. The team created citations that were placed in both general and specific directories. There were about 100 universal citations and between 30–40 citations specifically related to electrical services.

How did you come to work with AZ Citation Services?

We found AZ Citation Services after an online search for higher-end companies. After having an initial conversation with them, we decided to partner with them.  

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $550 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February-March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The team did a great job. Before the engagement, our site was stuck on the second page, but after their citations, we managed to reach the first. Not only did their efforts lead to higher visibility, but we got more calls as well. AZ Citation Services’ citations were of higher quality than those of really well-known companies. We only have good things to say about them.  

How did AZ Citation Services perform from a project management standpoint?

The team kept us up to date on their processes throughout the engagement. They said the project would take between two and three weeks, and it was finished after two. We communicated regularly throughout the project, and the team delivered as promised.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They brought us the results we needed, which is what matters the most. AZ Citation Services’ efforts brought power to our site.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, it’s been a good experience. I have no complaints.

They’re flexible and there’s room to negotiate when it comes to pricing. They’re easy to speak with.
