AY Automate has handled the end-to-end development of several digital projects for us, including websites and mobile/web applications. The scope has included requirements analysis, UX/UI design, front-end and back-end development, database architecture, API and third-party integrations, AI integration and automation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.Key deliverables have included our AI-integrated corporate websites, financial-sector applications and VoiceBot solutions, the DocLife mobile application, and technical improvements to the TrAIRoute travel application. AY Automate has also provided ongoing technical consulting, troubleshooting, optimization, and support as our platforms have evolved.

We’ve seen improvements in user engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue. One of the most significant achievements has been AY Automate’s support in integrating AI into our digital products and development processes. The team has helped us identify practical AI use cases and successfully implement AI-powered functionalities across several of our platforms, significantly improving automation, efficiency, and the overall UX.
