Welcome to Axe & Arrow Coaching, my name is Ingrid Wiese and I created this firm. It was born from one part frustration and one part inspiration. After a corporate career being exposed to a variety of training, it was clear a deep divide existed between great learning and bad learning. I wasted multiple days sitting in dull classrooms with 30 colleagues while we were lectured about things we could have read in a memo. I struggled to map learning back to my firms strategic vision as I was presented with cookie cutter power points read off the screen and then over processed in supervised self-reflection.
