They were suppose to raise our number of downloads. If the number was not changed they were suppose to refund my costs.

Specified by App DNA they were suppose to raise number of downloads by providing ASO services. Their services were performed very poorly, and nothing changed in the matter of our downloads for the entire duration of the contract.

Not delivered what was promised. Delays all the time. Poor quality of work.

Nothing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AppDNA could have done differently?

Stay away from this company. Lured me in with a fancy growth report, got sold on fake promises that they will raise our downloads after their services are done, if not they will refund my costs. Services were executed very poorly throughout the 7 month period, nothing changed on the number of downloads. Trying to get my money back as promised for the last 2 months now and just getting lying replies. Thought this was a trustworthy company but apparently not.
