• Scope: Build AI model using open source GPT engines to review a group of customer uploaded documents, and create summary for completeness of policies and procedure per preset compliance rules. Generate documents as samples for rules that are not satisfied. 
• Deliverables: 
  • Open Source GPT model should intake documents in different format 
  • Create prompts based on user input or predefined set of rules 
  • Create output summary to assess completeness of input documents 
  • Generate sample documents for rules that are incomplete in above assessment

We wanted a solution that can process the voice based recordings and convert them into text script and also help us with the analysis of the recordings . The key deliverables were , an NLP algorithm trained with voice synthesis utilizing the LLM models on cloud.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The AI Platform helped us provide Product Analysis without the use of human agent. The delivery time for Analysis reduced by 7 days. The valuable insights helped us perform the design and feature evaluation of the products whose recordings were analyzed. The NLP processing algorithm helped organize the support tickets by prediction and improved Customer Satisfaction level by over 45%, thus we had tangible benefits in outlook, sentiments and product feature development.

The project plan was shared with us with complete roadmap and commercials. The schedule was for 12 weeks, but they delivered it in 8 weeks itself. There were various phases of Project Management: 

• Discovery: Where they analyzed our use case and this was followed by multiple stakeholder reviews and discussions , total duration was 1 week 
• Planning: The complete road map, proposal and approach was shared with us along with the commercials and team allocation this took us around a week to approve , based on multiple feedbacks and cross-reviews 
• Execution - It was quite seamless they knew our requirement and thus utilized the right LLM model to develop the platform for us, there were some hallucination and bias on the results initially which were resolved post multiple iterations of data driven training, this was completed in 6 weeks 
• Handover and bug fixes: Handover along with UAT is ongoing but we have already achieved the anticipated ROI from the platform.
