We needed someone to translate the content on our labels to help us get approved by customs in other countries.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Avitas Translations is our English-to-Arabic translator. They translate the content on our product labels to various Arabic dialects. Additionally, they've worked on French and Chinese translations for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of their translations allows us to export to the Middle East, where customs clearance can be tricky. Since we started working with Avitas Translations, we've never had our goods stuck in customs.

Furthermore, their turnaround time is fantastic. The team usually delivers within a few minutes to an hour, depending on the length. 

How did Avitas Translations Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is perfect, and we have no complaints. We typically communicate daily through email. 

Unlike other translation companies that make you upload your content and wait for it on their site, we actually have a point person to talk to in Avitas Translations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their speed is incredible. We worked with companies who took over a day to produce translations, which would hinder our production. Avitas Translations is just the best. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything they could do better.
