Avitar has prepared for us a universal Service agreement with a detailed description of functions and services. Since the services and features differ on a case-by-case basis, an application template has been prepared in which data can be entered in case of changes. For current positions in the team, a document was prepared indicating the recommended activities in order to minimize the risks from the tax office.

The work of the development team directly depends on how legally the relations within the team and outside it are formalized. A contractual relationship with a team that meets the requirements of the law is that part of the business foundation that ensures its transparency and success in the future.

The project management organized the work at the highest level. Firstly, it should be noted that Avitar's work is so structured and systematic that we, as clients, communicated with project managers only when it was necessary.

AVITAR's lawyers are well-acquainted with the tech industry and have given us recommendations in this area from a legal point of view.

In addition to the deep professionalism in the legal field, the Avitar team has serious knowledge in the field of Tech. We spoke the same language with them - this is important for a Tech company.

Understanding of certain specifics of different niches of different markets, for example finance law in Nigeria, etc.
