AvioneX is easily the best marketing agency we have worked with. 

 Honestly, we were pretty skeptical at first we thought it would be just another agency to making big promises charging us every month and delivering little to no results. We couldn't have been more wrong.

In just 1 week we received new leads and 3 of them became long-term clients those 3 clients along paid for months of avionics fees and the results have only continued to grow.

 On top of that, the AvioneX team has implemented an integrated AI system that ensures we never miss a phone call again. 

Every single call is captured 24/7 even outside of office hours but nobody's available. This system automatically records and logs everything directly into our CRM without any manual work. It  identifies how important the inquiry is, who it needs to go to, what the problem is and captures the caller's name phone number and full details instantly. it's all handled by AI in real-time and it's honestly insane how efficient and seamless it is.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Oh definitely increased the number of leads captured and as a result number of jobs completed. During the first week, we captured 6 new leads, during off hours and 3 of them turned into clients. It's been just fantastic and remarkable ever since. We have gained about additional 25 new leads/month and growning of course.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Response was very quick,  Probably within half an hour it was a call every single time if it was an issue when it wasn't emergency about within 2 hours amazing it's still actually glad they're not too far away from our location so Nick just drops by just to see how everything is going there are any issues without me even asking for him to come over and take a look he just does it. On time, in action within 14 days.

I was impressed by the responses and solutions they provided; their execution times were very fast.

They are local! Finally, no emails that are answered 2 days later and the problem was fixed by my own employees over weekend (had to pay them for that) when i had other agencies providing their so called premium services...

Are there any areas for improvement or something AvioneX Digital Co. could have done differently?

Team members sometimes were not as versed in the knowledge as much as Nick. Provide SOPS maybe? But that's very very minor details that absolutely did not a affect the project.
