The project was well-managed. We made a mistake by first underestimating what we were asking for, but they performed an excellent job of meeting our evolving app needs. As with any undertaking, the connection develops over time.

We transitioned from project-based to continuous development approximately a year in to simplify the development process. Overall, they were extremely patient when necessary, imaginative and thorough business analysts, and highly experienced technical experts.

The only thing I would have done differently is set more explicit expectations from the start about the time, effort, and budget necessary to complete a task of this nature. We were ignorant and had no prior experience making an app, so we assumed that you could just snap your fingers and you'd have an app.

The real procedure is rather lengthy and difficult, but I suppose you can't mention that during a sales call. Overall, I'm glad they didn't frighten us away from the development process. This app will be a game changer for our company and undoubtedly the finest investment we've ever made.

Since then, techahead has created this mobile app from scratch for iOS and Android smartphones. We've been working together on ongoing development projects for over three years. Regarding the technological stack that they've utilized Flutter for iOS development.
