Seven Peaks Media did a beyond phenomenal job in helping me record a keynote presentation for a large audience at an association conference. Throughout our work together, they managed the setup and arrangement of cameras throughout the room to capture the best shots. Throughout my speech, they used multiple cameras to capture footage. After the event they provided me with high quality footage that I was able to incorporate into a speaking reel and use in other supplemental projects.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Onsite set up of cameras and recording of high-quality footage. Delivery of video files with post-production services to enhance the quality of the footage from the event.

From start to finish the team did a phenomenal job in managing my needs. Before our contact began we touched base to discuss my needs and ensure both parties were a good fit. Leading up to the event, their team communicated with me in the perfect amount to ensure they were able to anticipate my needs onsite.

On the day of the event, they communicated about their arrival timeline to lessen my stress, showed up early, and allowed me to make recommendations about my preferences around recording. We did a few tests before the actual speech started to ensure everything worked.

After the event, they kept me in the loop about the status of my project and when to expect the completed files. They delivered in a very expedient fashion. After delivery, they also communicated well about how to submit any edits or feedback for further changes if necessary.

The first part of the project involved shooting 10 short 5 to 7 minute individual interview videos, in one sitting, with 5 university students and 5 young professionals. The second part involved filming 8 videos with a speaker using a teleprompter. All of these videos were then edited with background music and captions added.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All of the videos have been uploaded onto youtube and some of them have been used as pedagogical material in the Autumn 2023 semester.

Work was done quickly and with no issues whatsoever. Any obstacles were problem-solved on the spot allowing for a smooth continuation of the project.

They were quick to respond, ready to take on any challenge, and professional in all communications. The finished product was so impressive and really fit what we were looking for.

For our small project, Seven Peaks totally fit the bill with their young and entrpreneurial vibe and able to produce videos with a modern and professional finish.

Working with Kai was great. He listened to what we wanted, made very valuable suggestions, worked together on finalizing the vision and Kai and his team delivered. Very easy to work with, did the work in the time they set out, and very good finished product that we are proud of.

Not really. They set out what they needed to do and once everybody was in agreement, they made it happen. That's all you can ask for. Everything was done on time and we very much liked the quality of what they created
