We are a SaaS company focused on serving Ecommerce merchants with our solution and needed a Magento integration. I am one of the managers in charge of business development.

We were looking for a Magento partner with knowledge in integrations and customisation of Magento 2. The knowledge about Ecommerce processes and logistics was crucial for us.

Our project had several phases in order for Aventi to understand our integration requirements, test on different magento instances and get the solution up and running with some of our customers.

There were 3 main people involved with senior developers and experienced ecommerce and logsitics experts.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The synchronisation of orders, products, and shipping information was important for our project. We had well written requirements in 1 week and Aventi delivered fast.

The developer and project management team at Aventi uses best practices from Scrum and world class tools like Jira to manage the projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have specific knowledge in ERP variables and logistics processes like inventory and warehouse management.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The initial requirements form that Aventi send us was too comprehensive but useful to avoid rework.
