We engaged Avan Global Technologies to design and implement a custom ticketing system in Microsoft Dynamics to streamline how we handle patient queries for our clients, including healthcare providers and facilities. From day one, Nagaraju Matta, has demonstrated a solid understanding of both technical requirements and the healthcare operations context.

They effectively integrated our shared mailbox into Dynamics, enabling automated ticket creation, bucketing, and workflow routing based on our internal processes.

What stood out most was their ability to adapt Dynamics to our unique needs through custom actions, dashboards, and workflows. Their handover process were also clear and thorough.

Overall, we found them to be a reliable, communicative, and technically capable partner. We would not hesitate to work with them again for future Dynamics or workflow automation needs.

While the overall execution of the ticketing system met our expectations, one area where improvement would be valuable is in the integration of phone call data into the Dynamics ticketing workflow. During the project, it became clear that Avan Global Technologies expertise in telephony integration, particularly around capturing call metadata, linking call logs to tickets, and supporting VoIP or third-party call systems, was limited. This led to delays in decision-making and required additional support from our internal team to explore feasible solutions. Strengthening knowledge in this area or partnering with specialists in call system integration would significantly enhance the company's ability to deliver more comprehensive, end-to-end support solutions in healthcare environments where multi-channel communication is critical.
