We are an independent Polish private equity fund management company. We were the first MBO (management buyout) private equity fund in Central and Eastern Europe. Where some people see uncertainty and threats in business, we mainly see new opportunities and managers hungry for success, ready to become co-owners of companies. We provide advisory and capital support to managers actively looking for ways to further develop their businesses, e.g. by enabling them to efficiently and quickly carry out buyout transactions (MBO). We also specialize in consolidation processes and buyouts of foreign companies. Our know-how also includes support in succession processes in family businesses. The Avallon MBO team consists of partners, investment experts and experienced analysts operating in many different business areas. For over 20 years of operation, we have participated in over 100 management transactions. During this time, we have accumulated over EUR 300 million for investments. Among our successes it is worth mentioning: successful management buyout of Velvet Care from a global concern, or participation in the creation of the largest metal group in Poland together with the managers of Mangata Holding. We also supported Meyra in a foreign acquisition, thanks to which the value of the company increased from PLN 30 million to over PLN 300 million. We are also co-authors of the efficiently conducted succession at Clovin SA - it is a Polish manufacturer of cleaning products, supplying innovative products to over 50 countries around the world. We serve companies with our qualifications and create new business opportunities thanks to our contacts. Avallon MBO is the only private equity fund in Poland that is a member of EPEC (European Private Equity Club), an association of independent funds from various countries. This enables the constant expansion of the network of contacts and is helpful in the planned acquisitions of portfolio companies.
