Automush builds AI agents and business automation for companies that
need them running in production, not demoing well.
We work primarily in n8n, connecting CRMs (HubSpot, monday.com,
Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho), the WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Workspace
and internal systems. Typical engagements: an AI agent that handles
inbound customer enquiries and updates the CRM on its own, a
lead-qualification flow that runs before anything reaches a
salesperson, CRM implementation and cleanup, and reporting that
builds itself.
Two things shape how we work. One partner leads technology and AI at
an Israeli bank, building systems under banking security and
regulatory requirements — so monitoring, decision logging and human
approval on state-changing actions are part of the build, not an
afterthought. The other manages strategy at a global consulting and
accounting firm, so we scope against a business case rather than a
tool wishlist.
We are based in Israel and work natively in Hebrew and English,
including Hebrew-language WhatsApp automation — an area most
international agencies do not cover.
And we will tell you when automation is the wrong answer for a
process. Some things should stay manual.

Our Story
Automush was started by two people seeing the same problem from opposite ends of the market.
One of us leads AI at an bank Leumi, where a system isn’t done when it answers well - it’s done when it logs decisions, fails safely, and asks a human before changing anything that matters. The other runs strategy at a global consulting firm.
Most “AI automation” is a chatbot with a subscription. We build the layer underneath: agents that act inside real systems, with monitoring and human approval.
