We engaged AutomateNexus to build our e-commerce website for KourtLit, a portable pickleball court projector product. They handled web design, development, e-commerce setup, backend infrastructure, SEO, and workflow automation — all completed within a single month.

The site looks professional and converts well. The checkout process is smooth, inventory management is straightforward, and the automated email sequences they built handle order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer follow-ups without us lifting a finger.

Their BYOK model was a big selling point. We own the entire infrastructure with no ongoing platform fees. They delivered on time, on budget, and provided full training so we could manage everything ourselves going forward.

Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend for e-commerce builds, especially if you want automation baked in from day one.

Website: They designed and developed a modern, mobile-responsive website to showcase our travel packages and services. Clean design that reflects our boutique brand.

Client Portal: A secure portal where our travelers can log in to view their itineraries, access travel documents, and see trip details — all in one place.

Admin Dashboard: Custom backend for our team to manage bookings, client profiles, and trip itineraries. Everything centralized in a single system.

Chat System: Built a real-time messaging feature so we can communicate with clients directly through the portal — similar to Slack but integrated into our platform.

Reduced manual admin work by 20+ hours per week through automated lead follow-up, booking confirmations, and client communications. Client portal eliminated back-and-forth emails for document sharing. Site launched on time with full SEO optimization and mobile responsiveness.

Project management was excellent throughout. AutomateNexus has a client portal where we could track milestones, see project updates, and provide any information they requested — everything was transparent and organized.

Communication was responsive and clear. Whenever they needed input from us, it was easy to see what was pending and provide it quickly. They kept us informed at every stage without us having to chase them down for updates.

The project was delivered on time despite the complexity — website, two portals, chat system, signature feature, blog CMS, and full backend. They hit every milestone they set and the final handoff included full documentation and training so we weren't left guessing how to use anything.

They came in with ideas that genuinely improved how we run the business.

Another big plus: we own everything they built. No monthly platform fees, no ongoing costs, no subscriptions. They built it, handed it over with full documentation, and now it's ours to run. That's not how most agencies work, and it made a real difference for our budget.

They also delivered a lot of complexity without it feeling overwhelming. Website, client portal, admin dashboard, chat, signatures, blog CMS, backend database, SEO — that's a big scope, and they kept it organized and on schedule the whole way through.

Also worth mentioning: they're veteran-owned, and you can tell. Very disciplined, no-nonsense approach. They said what they'd deliver, delivered it, and moved on. No scope creep, no surprise charges, no excuses.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AutomateNexus could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. If I had to mention something, it would be that we sometimes wished we had started sooner — the platform has made such a difference that we wonder how much time we wasted doing things the old way before reaching out to them.

They could maybe offer a longer onboarding period or check-in after launch, but even that's a stretch since they were available for questions whenever we needed them.
