AUTNEX is an AI-first software and technology consultancy based in Portugal. We build computer vision systems, multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and custom LLM integrations, and we work as an embedded technical partner from audit through to production.

Our engagements take three shapes. An AI Audit maps where AI can move the numbers in a business and what it would cost to get there. An AI Sprint takes one of those opportunities and ships it. An AI Partner engagement puts us alongside the team month to month, effectively as a fractional CTO with a delivery capability behind it.

We also do the unglamorous work that makes AI land: data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, deployment, and the internal process changes a team needs before a model is worth anything to them.

Founded and led by Ruben Martins, who also serves as CTO of ShelfPerfect Pte. Ltd., a Singapore retail merchandising platform in which AUTNEX holds an equity position. That mix of consulting and operating shapes how we work: we take ownership of outcomes rather than hours.

We serve clients across Portugal, Singapore, and Switzerland, and work regularly with Portuguese SMEs accessing European funding programmes.
