Augello’s Welding and Fabrication was founded by Bob Augello in 2011 when he moved from the Chicagoland area, where he was born and raised, to Lake of the Ozarks. At 14 years old, Bob started welding in the family business at Orsolini Welding, making him a 3rd generation welder. Bob inherited his family’s strong work ethic, passion for excellence, professionalism and of course, welding prowess. He inherited decades of knowledge about materials; he knows which alloy meets a repairs needs best to create the longest lasting repair and the most exceptional product. Bob takes his work very seriously and has worked to make a name for himself at the lake. He doesn’t fish. He doesn’t hunt. In fact, most of his free time spent researching welding and creating new methods for making Augello’s Welding as efficient as possible.
