Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of FriendWithA. FriendWithA is a peer to peer rental marketplace to borrow almost anything. We connect individuals looking to borrow gear with individuals looking to earn an extra income. I'm responsible for the overall vision and marketing strategy.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Attractive?

We were looking for some help with our social media strategy. It was very sparse before and honestly with everything else, didn't have a huge amount of time to spend finding the right content we needed to be successful on our social channels.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to expand our social media following on both IG and FB. We wanted brand recognition from our target audience.

How did you select this vendor?

I found Josue through an internship program on another site. Throughout the internship he really impressed me and instantly just understood what I was looking for. I've tried working with a few other social media individuals before and had no luck. Throughout the internship and after Josue was very receptive to any feedback and did everything I asked.

Attractive posts almost daily content on IG and weekly on FB.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since starting working with Josue and Attractive our following on IG has skyrocketed! We are getting tons of engagement, likes, comments and follows. People are also definitely hearing about our brand a lot more now.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Always easy to communicate via email or to just jump on a quick call. We check in around every other week just to check in on status or update anything that's needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by the ability to take what had envisioned, and turn those thoughts into a very professional brand. The tone/style/photos all matched perfectly with what I was looking for.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are still working on cracking FB's full potential. So far IG has been great, but we are working on different ideas to really drive increased engagement on FB. Overall they've surpassed every expectation we had set for them though!
