Ongoing collaboration on the ERP project and supplementary product business that has lasted for several years. Atticus team is an integral part of our software development, support and implementation operations.

Team with end-to-end reponsiblity on certain software components has been proactive and deliverables have been on time and communication via shared systems like Jira has allowed us to work transparently.

Generally a very good level of service. Some usual ups and downs, mostly due to cultural issues, over the cause of the years, but issues has been addressed timely and in a processional manner.

We engaged with Atticus in late 2023 to be our consultant for managing and maintaining our NetSuite ERP system. During the past few months, Atticus has successfully implemented several new technical workflow enhancements and suggested additional solutions that integrate with Microsoft Excel. These improvements have significantly impacted our day-to-day operations.

The measurable outcomes for us include the number of days taken to complete a ticket task. Generally, Atticus consultants are very quick in attending to our requests. Depending on the complexity of the task, it typically takes between 5 to 10 business days to complete a standard task.

Atticus consultants are very responsive to our requests. Generally speaking, they can resolve straightforward tickets within a day.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Atticus Advisory Solutions could have done differently?

While Atticus Advisory Solutions has provided excellent support and innovative solutions, there is always room for improvement. One area for enhancement could be the speed of implementation for more complex tasks. Although they generally complete standard tasks within 5-10 business days, reducing this time frame could further increase efficiency. 

Additionally, offering more proactive updates and regular check-ins during ongoing projects might improve communication and ensure alignment with our expectations.
