Atomic was tasked with collaborating with our Product, Engineering and People leadership in the development of a talent recruitment plan that could be accomplished within certain time and budget constraints. They were subsequently hired to perform technical sourcing and recruitment services within the LATAM region, and within specific timezones. The talent profiles sought were particular. They were senior-level hires, and we required a combination of specific technical skills and experience, as well as softer attributes specific to our team culture and certain individual qualities desired.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team at Atomic were able to deliver the senior-level, full-stack engineering talent we required, on-time and on-budget. And moreover, atomic*HR demonstrated a level of partnership and consistency that other recruiters failed to achieve. Put simply, they did exactly what they said they would do.

Provided thoughtful feedback, eagerly, and without solicitation, which was mutually beneficial in helping to improve our recruiting process, and ultimately, close the level of talent sought against a competitive market backdrop.
