Provide a solution to a system that has been working since 2015, needed innovation and updating

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through SCRUM I managed to get the development team to finish that started in 2015, separating the participation of the partners who were involved in the development, and giving autonomy to the team. Today the company already has version 2.0 of the system, which we developed using a combination of classic project management methodology and the enormous advantages of agile methods.

I received a scrum training where I learned to manage myself and my team in a more efficient way, in a short time and effectively.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They were very good from the moment I contacted them, they have very good customer service and they were very patient regarding the certification process. The mentor was very clear and practical in the sessions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Customer service, they are always in contact with you to solve any situation that has to be resolved, they are very kind. In the same way, it was very easy to take the certification exam since the mentor was very practical in his sessions and easily answered all the questions I had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing, they are a very complete academy and I am very happy to have trained with them.
