I’m the HR manager at Cent AI Technologies Private Limited, a preventive health company that uses advanced imaging, biomarker analysis, and AI to detect cardiac, cancer, neurological, and metabolic diseases early in healthy individuals.

We needed help to architect and scale our organization's people function by owning the complete hire-to-retire lifecycle, designing and deploying business-aligned people strategies, operating frameworks, and governance mechanisms that enable sustainable growth and organizational excellence.

Atlas HRT has designed, built, and governed a scalable end-to-end people function covering the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle.
The engagement encompasses talent acquisition, onboarding, HR policies, payroll & compliance, employment frameworks, performance management, ESOPs, HR digitization, and internal HR capability building — creating a future-ready people infrastructure that enables sustainable business growth, operational excellence, compliance, and a high-performance culture.
Atlas HRT is responsible for the complete ownership of the above scope under a fractional CHRO model. This includes end-to-end responsibility for strategy, design, implementation, governance, execution oversight, and continuous improvement across the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle, with accountability for the outcomes delivered.

Atlas HRT has helped us scale from 10 to 200+ employees within six months while establishing a structured talent acquisition function with role-based hiring plans, defined SLAs, hiring dashboards, and a partner ecosystem to deliver aggressive hiring with an optimal turnaround time.
Moreover, we've achieved 100% standardized onboarding for all new hires through structured documentation, day 1 readiness, role clarity, and 30-60-90 day check-ins, ensuring a consistent employee experience.
We've also established a 100% compliant HR operating framework by implementing statutory compliance processes, standardized employment documentation, HR policies, payroll governance, and labor law controls, significantly reducing compliance risk and improving audit readiness.
Additionally, we've seen a 60% month-over-month growth in the last six months, and the individual productivity (average sales per warrior) has moved by 7–8 times.
