Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a VP of Corporate Communications for a global technology/software company with more than 100K employees and a market cap of $150B+.

For what projects/services did your company hire Atlantic Wave?

We have hired Atlantic Wave for a variety of projects and consistently relied on them for significant video production related to our large corporate events with multiple thousands of people in the audience.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were always to create engaging videos that inspired and enabled our employees, customers and partners.

How did you select Atlantic Wave?

I have worked with Atlantic Wave for several years. I originally found them after searching for a production company capable of providing services locally, nationally, and internationally. They have always been very transparent with pricing and have an incredibly deep network of contacts that enable them to provide support in any location.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

In every project, they took deep ownership over the outcome. They worked with us to get to know our products, our strategy, and our end goals/objectives. We collaborated on the script and storyboard, and frequently included a variety of celebrities (spanning both TV/movie stars, general celebrities, etc.).

Their team provided deep feedback, worked on providing add'l talent for the videos when needed, and were always accessible throughout the process.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They provided both large and small crews (depending on the scope/size of the project). Post-filming, they provided regular feedback and input throughout the editing process to ensure the final result exceeded our expectations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All of our videos received overwhelming feedback from our target audiences...including feedback on the quality of the production, the editing, how engaging it was, and how memorable the videos were. They regularly exceeded our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided frequent and regular updates. Their team gave us a clear idea of when we would see each update of the script...and post-filming, each update cut of the video.

Overall, they were always on schedule and if something changed, they were excellent at communicating and keeping us updated.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ownership of the end product. Many production teams say "we'll do whatever you want, you're the client" and just want to move as quickly through the process as possible so they can get on to the next project.

Atlantic takes deep pride and ownership in the end result. They provide input, feedback, and advice from beginning to end and their expertise and perspective is a true bonus.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. They really are one of the most well-rounded and professional production companies out there...especially if you're a company and need a professional crew to interact with your executives and clients.
