Our company receives financial reports and other legal documents that require translations to certain languages. Our company’s goal was to have a translated and certified copy of the documents.

We have found this translation company via Google. We sent a quotation request along with other companies, but this vendor reverts fast and their pricing is reasonable compared to others.

The project is translation of financial reports and other legal documents from English to Chinese. There were 12 files; 30 pages in total. They were sent via email so it’s hassle free. Since the files were very confidential, we asked them to sign an NDA and they agreed right away.

The vendor’s quotation is based on the quantity and the languages involved. They are also giving quotations for regular turnaround time and for projects with deadlines.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The translated documents were translated excellently. It was worth every penny. There were little to no corrections per file; but they were able to amend it right away. Their customer service was also quick to revert to our concerns. Will surely recommend to others.

They had a fast turnaround time with quality translation and customer service. Their team was really commendable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None at all. Worth every penny! Will surely consider them again in our next translation projects.

The vendor transcribed our meeting reports. There are 3 clips containing 2-hour each video. This report spanned complex medical terms as well as data. Their team is very professional and ensured us the transcriptions are correct by the quality of their works, and also NDA was signed before we proceed with the work.

The vendor set the cost by total minutes and depends on the language and the complexity of the project. For every project, they have set a faster turnaround and on needed by the client. They are very helpful.

The transcripts were properly done by the vendor. I am impressed by their quality service and customer service. Also, they have ensured the confidentiality of our files. Very impressive!

We can trust this vendor to provide accurate translations on time, within our timeline, and at a low cost. Their team of transcribers produces quality work and very impressive customer service.

None that I can think of. Overall service is excellent. We recommend their service!
