The scope of work included the conception, development, and implementation of a digital interaction solution (chatbot) for the functiomed AG website. The objective was to guide patients in a structured way through the service offering, automate responses to standard inquiries, and support efficient appointment booking.

Key components of the project included:

• Development of a multilingual, dialogue-based communication solution (DE/EN/FR)
• Structuring and preparation of content (services, specialties, processes) for chatbot use
• Design of intelligent user guidance, including initial triage and routing to the appropriate specialty
• Integration into the existing website (WordPress)
• Connection to the booking flow (OneDoc) without direct system integration
