Very personable. Platforms like deel are great but sometimes you just want to pick up the phone and talk the someone directly, who has authority, without needing to sit on a chatbot or trawling through help articles. We had direct lines of communication with Aspirock, and this stood out.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Aspirock could have done differently?
Aspirocks online portal for viewing status of onboarding could be a little more functional, compared to other providers we've used. But I value service over this and wasn't a deal breaker.
