Elmont is a 25 years old construction company having developed several projects in Mahape, Rabale, Taloja, Ambernath, Patalganga, and Pawne areas in New Mumbai. Some of India's largest names ICICI , BASF, Trimble , Glenmark have leased over 5 lakh Sqft space of Elmonts offices. I am the Director of Elmont and Nandkamal Infotech pvt ltd (Holding Company)

Department Managers requisition the HR (Aspire and Succeed Resource) they source & shortlist the candidates via Aspire Pro and interview them F2F in our office. Shortlisted candidates are sent to Deparment Heads / Directors for final interview
