Paula has worked in HR for over 20 years in a number of large organisations such as Barclays, RBS, Dixons Group and Automotive sector and is also experienced in working with small to medium-sized businesses. Paula covers North Wales and Cheshire. Jo has worked in HR for 16 years, working with along others solicitor firms including Carpenters, so is a highly experienced consultant. Jo covers Wirral, Liverpool, Staffordshire, Manchester and Leeds. Paula and Jo have extensive experience of dealing with all the main areas of HR including Employment Law Advice, HR Policy Advice such as Disciplinary and Grievance, Maternity and Absence Management. They also have substantial experience of managing large scale Recruitment and Selection campaigns, so can offer this service along with Training and Development Programmes. Paula developed Ashton People Solutions when initially friends and family members who ran their own businesses, requested her help for their HR issues. Paula established that there was a definite need for small businesses requiring HR services but not on a permanent basis. Paula and Jo have a Masters in Personnel & Development and are Chartered MCIPD qualified members. Paula also is a Qualified Trainer and Level A Psychometric and Level B Personality Profiling Assessor.
