I have over 20 years of experience in forming and leading effective teams in diverse environments, including healthcare, large-scale retail, pharma, enterprise software, and not-for-profits. I’ve created long-term positive relationships with staff, leadership, and clients as the foundation for success, in both well-established and startup organizations.
I have a particular interest in helping new managers, senior leaders, and whole teams to recognize their innate capacity for achieving superior results. Beyond the workplace, I work privately with individuals who are looking to make significant and fulfilling changes in their careers and personal lives.
I hold the PCC credential from the International Coach Federation and an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, in Computing Science and French Literature. I am a faculty member of CTI, the Coaches Training Institute and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment tool.
