An AI opportunity review (a few days): which tasks are worth doing first, what each needs, rough cost and time, and the first project scoped. A first project (about four weeks): one task handed to AI, from choosing it to your team using it every day, with time per task measured before and after, for a fixed scope and fixed fee. A fractional Head of AI (ongoing): one person accountable for AI, covering priorities, suppliers, delivery and training, for a set number of days a month.
