    Commonly Asked Questions

    You’ll have a private Slack channel with us where we handle all communication, briefs and delivery. If something needs deeper discussion, we also offer bi-weekly calls. You send us a request for what you need. It can be a message, a Loom video, or whatever is more convenient for you. Then, once we review it, we’ll give you the timeline and let you know if we have any additional questions. Most weeks we complete around 2–3 tasks, depending on their complexity. Once your request is ready, we will send it over for approval and either continue with iterations or move on to a new request. We work Monday to Friday (excluding Romanian public holidays) and can easily accommodate different time zones.

    It depends on the complexity of what you need, but here’s a general baseline to help you understand the typical volume. In a single month, we can usually deliver a brand identity, a full landing page design, and around 8 product UI/UX screens. That said, we’re fully flexible. If you only need product work, we’ll focus entirely on that. If you need more pages, social content, or design support in another area, we adjust accordingly. The scope adapts to your priorities. What matters is using the time efficiently to move your goals forward.

    Most requests are completed within 2 business days or less. For more complex work, timelines may be longer, but we’ll keep you updated on the progress.

    Bigger projects like full websites, mobile apps, or larger design systems are broken into smaller tasks. You’ll typically see updates every 24–48 hours until the full request is complete.
