Artington Legal was founded in 2012 by Tad Ostrowski. Tad qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and worked as a corporate finance and M&A lawyer in the City of London before moving in-house. Having spent over 12 years leading in-house legal teams in international blue-chip businesses, he felt that there was an opportunity to provide a new kind of legal service.

Tad had instructed many external law firms during this time, including magic circle and silver circle law firms in the City of London, as well as many other international law firms based in the US, in Europe and in other parts of the world.

Artington Legal focuses on providing commercial legal advice and services to private companies and UK subsidiaries of internationally listed companies.
