OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Artifact Consultancy (ARTICON)?

Conversion rate optimization. Marketing is a service we do not manage in-house and prefer to offer through more qualified partnerships. We were looking for a CRO specialist agency to help our client remodel their site by performing a CRO audit and improving conversion rates through A/B testing.

What were your goals for this project?

To boost conversion above saas industry standards and improve UX and customer journeys throughout all pages of the site.

How did you select this vendor?

Referral. Articon has clients in the US which we also work with. We had several calls with different vendors and we decided on Articon as we heard great things about them and they are purely specialized in CRO.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Articon first did a thorough CRO audit. It contained a detailed quantitative data analysis, qualitative user testing as well as a complete list of observations and hypotheses for testing. They then started AB testing several landing pages/site pages for our client and provided weekly testing reports.

They had a project manager and a couple of UX and CRO experts assisting us

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did an excellent job, everything was delivered on time and the tests showed positive, statistically significant changes and good boosts in conversions across several tests. The client was super happy as these translated directly into increased revenue.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their workflow was smooth with no problems - we always got testing updates as proper reports which helped my team communicate progress to the client.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The audit really stood out and was far better than other CRO audits I’ve experienced. The A/B testing results were impressive too

Are there any areas for improvement?

It might be an idea for Articon to provide a condensed version of the audit for quick review.
