Goal is to help customers with their Salon related services, we wanted to have a quick and handy App that lets users choose their favorite Salon, stylist etc with few clicks from anywhere.

One of my friends recommended ArStudioz for mobile app development. We approached them, shared the idea with them and their team impressed us with all the suggestions and presentations.

When we approached them, we had a series of discussions, they had predefined steps that they follow like first, we received documents, then wireframes and so on. When we approved the design, they started the development process and kept us in the loop, we knew what exactly would our product look like.
What was the team composition?
They have assigned 5 members including a Point of contact who was responsible for providing us an update. Salon Cofounder and I are involved fully in this from our end.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Application is almost ready, we invited our close members for Beta testing, we encountered few bugs but they fixed it the next day. We are adding a few features and we will launch in November. Overall, all are happy with the App as of now.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It is good, we collaborate with each other. Since it is our idea, we keep changing the flow of the app, however, ArStudiozs always respond positive and even suggest things that we miss.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their requirement gathering and their team. Their team is knowledgable, which allowed them to guide us and make suggestions. They have market knowledge of how startups should strategize and launch.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nothing as of now, hopefully, they remain the same helpful post-launch of App.
