WHAT WE DO INSTEAD

We diagnose before we build. Every engagement starts with a written assessment, built from your own search, analytics and business-profile data, that answers one question: of everything that could be improved, which one thing is actually costing you customers right now?

That question has an order to it. Every business online passes through five stages — Discoverable, Credible, Preferred, Converting, Compounding — and only the earliest broken one matters. Fixing stage four while stage two is broken is real work that cannot pay.

Then we fix that one thing, verify it worked, and keep going.

HOW WE WORK

Every figure in every report traces to a frozen export you can open yourself. Nothing appears in a report as a plan — if it is written down, it has been done. When a fix will make a number fall, we say so before we make it. When we get something wrong, the correction goes in the document.

You own the domain, the accounts, the content and the analytics. Scope, allowances and exclusions are written down before you buy, never discovered afterwards.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue. Nobody honestly can, and anyone who does will have an explanation ready for when it does not happen.
