We hired Arnica before it was even Arnica Marketing. We hired Cathleen to run some of our clothing photo shoots and to manage the first few months of our digital marketing/promotions.

She was involved with one of the best music venues in the city.

she organized photoshoot during the first year of covid. A time when getting a photoshoot and following all the rules was extremely difficult. She managed to organize times so very few people were in the studio at once, she had dropped off clothing to models before hand. It was all really well run and organized. She made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. The timeframe of the project is a little hazy to me.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

we focused on selling at markets and in person events and dropped the digital marketing. I don't think we were going at it enough to know if it was going to work. But the photoshoots turned up some amazing shots.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

it was good, it was during a time where there was nothing but time and communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Her ability to make everyone feel like they were cool. It was fun working with her. The models really enjoyed it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

considering the environment when we worked with her, she did a good job.

I hired them to help me with digital marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I am not fully aware of what Arnica Marketing does but I understand the importance of the service provided. I hired them based on the suggestion to have our site optimized and to be found on google web pages. The company that set up my site suggested them.

I honestly don't know much about this. But was told that this would help us get found on google. Which is something I want to get more clients. I am currently working a job other than this and am wanting this to be a full time thing.

We worked with Cathleen from Arnica and we also worked with our branding and web design company to help connect us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I honestly don't know as I don't care about it. But out web design company has told us it takes time to really see results. Arnica has even given us suggestions on our Instagram post and told us what works and doesn't work, which is good because I don't have a good eye for that.

Everything is easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I don't know what these companies are like, so I don't really know. It was a woman providing a service that I know nothing about, but I understand it is important.

I have nothing to compare it to, but she really seems to know what she is doing.

We were looking for someone to set up our SEO and run our digital marketing. We wanted to increase traffic to our site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached out to a past client who mentioned working with Cathleen. They had nothing but good things to say about her. We reached out to her for our SEO set up and to run our Ads. She gave us a good deal for continous work in exchange we created a brand that was more in line with her personality.

I honestly don't know that much about SEO and digital marketing. But since she has been working with us our bounce rate went from 70% down to 50% in just a couple short months. We also increased traffic of 162% after the first month.

One person. She is a freelancer.

Since she has been working with us our bounce rate went from 70% down to 50% in just a couple short months. We also increased traffic by 162% after the first month.

She was great and easy to work with. She mostly communicated with our Marketing Director, which has nothing but positive things to say about her.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to help me understand what it is she did. We had many people offer their SEO services, but she did a great job explaining what it is she did and how it would help.
