AristaTech is an IT services company based in Alexandria, Sydney. We've been managing and supporting IT for Australian businesses since 2007.
We work with businesses from a couple of staff up to around 500. Some clients use us as their whole IT department. Others have an internal IT manager and bring us in for helpdesk overflow, projects, security or AI work.
Day to day, that means managed IT, helpdesk and onsite support (Windows and Mac), cybersecurity and Essential Eight uplift, networks, and cloud. We're a Microsoft partner and CSP reseller, so we supply, license, deploy and support Microsoft 365, Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft security products in one place.
We also build and configure AI agents for business, scoped as pilots with human approval steps and audit trails, then run them under ongoing support.
Support runs 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Managed clients also get 24/7 phone support for critical issues. Response targets we publish are 15 to 30 minutes for critical, 1 hour for high, 4 business hours for normal, and next business day for low.
