We used to collect a lot of papers to manage our accounting, which took days to collect, print, and organize. This was eliminated, and now, we can manage everything with a few clicks. Customers now find it easy to view all their incoming classes and progress, which trainer is assigned to them, and view their exam data and results. Overall, our administrative tasks decreased by 70%, and our customer satisfaction increased by 100%.
