Ardenique finds and vets reps for business owners with high-ticket offers. I watch every Loom, match you with the right fits, and you choose who to interview and hire. Nothing upfront: my fee is only due once your rep brings in 5x it in cash collected, or is still with you on day 30.

Book a free 15-minute call or fill out the short hiring form. I ask about your offer, your leads and your comp plan, write the role description for you to approve, and once you accept my terms I start the search.

I aim to have your first 2 to 3 finalists to you within about 7 days of getting your role details. I keep working on your search until you hire, as long as you're still hiring and getting back to me.

You deal with me directly, by call, text, email or DM. I send each finalist with their intro video and my notes, you decide who to interview, and after your rep starts I try to check in with them during their first few weeks.

It's $497 per setter and $997 per closer, nothing upfront, and only due once your rep brings in 5x the fee in cash collected or is still with you on day 30. I'd rather earn your trust with results than charge a big fee upfront. These are founding rates for my first clients, so they'll go up as Ardenique grows. Once you've paid your first fee, any new search you start within 60 days keeps the same rate.

If a rep leaves or doesn't work out for a reason on their side before my fee is due, you owe nothing for them and I find you a replacement for free, up to 3 reps in total.
