We're a gaming studio/publisher launching a new game soon. I'm the CMO.

Our main challenge was to come up with a creative way to tell about the game.

We already had 2 bad examples of strategic planning from another vendors, so we were very careful in choosing this time.

The team of Arcitech held several strategic meetings with us a and came up with probably the coolest solutions I've heard so far.

The team consisted of 2 creative specialists, one manager, and the founders were very active.

The results were amazing: not only we have now a firm strategy, but we're way more inspired than ever before.
