Arcane Embedded is an independent electronics design house in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
WHAT WE DO
We design embedded hardware from concept to production: custom System-on-Modules, carrier boards, high-speed PCB layout, RF and wireless, power and battery electronics, rigid-flex, cable harnesses, and the bring-up firmware that proves the board works.
HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT
No module catalogue. Design houses that sell modules recommend the modules they sell — we have nothing to defend, so the trade study across Renesas RZ, STM32, NXP i.MX, TI AM62 and others is genuinely about your interface list, thermal envelope, longevity requirement and unit cost. Occasionally the honest answer is "buy off the shelf, don't build this", and that answer is free.
You talk to the engineers. No account manager between you and the person routing your DDR.
EU jurisdiction, your IP. ITAR-free and EAR-free by design, full transfer of native source files, GDPR-clean, no offshore handover gap. Communication in English, Romanian or German.
