BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there? 

I’m the founder & director of JetFuel You, a health and wellness firm.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with ARC CREATES?

We needed some product photography done because the 3D renders we had were quite flat.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them a mood board and based on that, they did a two-day product photography shoot. They sent us their work, got our feedback, and did another photoshoot. Matt also changed the size and resolution of our photos to make them compatible with other platforms. They created some graphic interchange formats (GIFs), too.

We used the photos and GIFs for our Shopify, Amazon, Instagram, and we provided their work to all retailers to use for online listings. They continue to handle our photography tasks, as needed.

What is the team composition?

We interact with Matt (Owner & Photographer) primarily throughout the project, and we interact with Abby (Owner) operationally.

How did you come to work with ARC CREATES?

They reached out to us on a cold call. They did photography for some of my friends’ e-commerce brands so we decided to hire them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent £3,000 (approximately $4,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around January 2021, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their photos have brought life to our brand. In addition, the retailers I’ve pitched the brand to are impressed by their work, and we’ve had extremely positive reviews on our Shopify store. We have built a good relationship and are on the same page. Overall, Matt is our photographer for the foreseeable future.

How did ARC CREATES perform from a project management perspective?

They’re doing an excellent job. ARC CREATES is responsive and they're always available even beyond business hours. We communicate through WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They genuinely care about our success as much as we do. As a result, we feel like they’re a part of the team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If they ask clients for feedback more often, it can prevent miscommunication and misinterpretations from happening. In our partnership, they've improved on that part already.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know exactly what you want, and make sure to be on the same page with them. For example, know how many photographs they need to deliver. Give them some flexibility to be creative, too.
