What I found impressive about Apsy Inc. is their use of AI tools that support fast and accurate software development—it's mind-boggling. Their tech experts clearly know what they are doing. Additionally, their affiliation with AWS and the quick turnaround in securing a grant for me was unbelievable.

As for areas of improvement, well, with all that they offer, I think they could stand to raise their prices. That would only be fair, right?

The company was hired to deliver full-featured mobile and web applications to be completed in 8 months, with speed matching Instagram and other modern social media applications.

The final product that was handed to us did not function properly and did not meet any of the guarantees made to us in the contract.

After considering proposals from several different developers, my company made a deal with Apsy to develop a mobile app/web app roughly two years ago. They turned out to be in all likelihood the worst company we possibly could have gone into business with.

After constant problems, delays and excuses the product was eventually delivered over a year late, and the code was written so poorly that it was unusable and has to be rewritten almost from scratch. This has been confirmed by every coder that we've shown it to, including their own former employees. Tooraj (the owner) previously admitted that he had been having financial problems and didn't have the resources to finish the project properly (this was well after it had been paid for in its entirety). But when we confronted him more recently after learning how much we were going to have to spend to fix the problems with the code, he denied any responsibility and has refused to help fix the code or issue a partial refund. Do yourself and your project a favour and do business with literally any other developer before this one.
