I’m the head of business development for an auto sales company.

What challenge were you trying to address with AppWish?

We needed help with custom app development. We wanted to reach new customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Along with developing our app, the team at AppWish linked different data services to a database. They created a lot of different APIs from different scrappers to receive information from various sources. They even cooperated with the government to obtain the official data. Their team also provided us with a CRM solution for a specific area of customer services.

We started working together on this project in March 2019, and we’re now working on the second phase.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re happy working with their smart team. The efficiency and cost-savings we get from them are fantastic. They also act extremely fast to our requests.

How did AppWish perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams worked with an agile approach. We had two to four weeks of development before verifying the data and making corrections. They were available and flexible on pretty short notice. We tend not to create a lot of documentation, but to work on the use cases, our system works pretty well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team has a creative approach to challenges, always bringing solutions. I was amazed by the method they had with the governmental database. Few of the companies claimed that getting that information was impossible, but AppWish managed to do it. They’re also open-minded.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could speak in a way that’s more digestible to the customers. While I understand what they’re saying, some of my employees have a bit of difficulty.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide their team with challenging tasks. If you want something simple, ask any company. If you want something challenging done, ask AppWish.
