I'm the founder of PharmaKit, a medical company that provides drug reference and clinical decision support tools for healthcare professionals. Our products are designed by physicians to aid in safe and effective patient care.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Appvia provided app store optimization (ASO) and app review optimization. The team also suggested technical integrations, such as PostHog, to track user behavior. In addition, Appvia delivered an app ASO and growth report, brand-new App Store and Google Play Store screenshots, and a new paywall strategy plan.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Appvia's implementations are still ongoing, so we haven't measured the results yet. However, we plan to track retention, churn, and conversions to measure the success of their work.

How did Appvia perform from a project management standpoint?

Appvia's project management was good; they delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by how focused Appvia was on their work.
