The use of JIRA was procedurally sound; tasks were thorough and placed in the project plan. For a small company, this was impressive, however we would have been better served had the developers adhered more closely to those tasks.

Although it may not be cost- and time-effective to have developers on introductory calls, prospective customers should have a clearer understanding of the real team that will be doing the work. There's a problem here, but the solution isn't quite clear to me.
