We gained a larger following on our social media platforms due to their scheduled and organized posts.

We had weekly meetings and spoke frequently throughout the week.

They made an effort to understand our business so they could better serve us and meet our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and their hard work to help grow our company. They made regular photo shoots to help with imagery for our website, social media and more

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Further brainstorming to see how we could gain more business. They definitely worked hard to understand us but maybe we could have worked together longer by understanding the success of our developers. Most of our business was word of mouth, reference or past relationships.
