We pride ourselves on our approach to sample creation. Our samples are produced by seasoned professionals who are committed to creating high-quality merchandise. We are equipped to sample a diverse range of garments with our wide variety of specialty sewing machines used by our expert machinists.

Consultation

During our sampling meeting we will deep dive in to your styles and understand your pattern, fit and finishing details. Effective communication with the designer is also crucial in this phase, as well as a proficient eye for detail.  

3D Development

Within our factory we have a unique 3D sampling program which takes measurements from a physical form and implements these into your designs. This ensures all aspects of the garment fit perfectly before going into sampling.

Physical Sampling

Throughout this process we anticipate and reduce any problems which may occur during garment production. In this stage of the process our Development Team focuses on rectifying any complications or pattern errors. Furthermore, we communicate with you often to ensure that the samples are going as expected.

We are equipped to sample any type of garment with our wide variety of lock stitch, cover stitch, over lock, flat lock and many other speciality sewing machines used by our expert machinists.
